Alpha Telecom had financial problems last year, but are now back on their feet.

They have rates of 2p per minute to Holland and Sweden; 3p per minute to Germany, Switzerland and Belgium; 4p per minute to France, Denmark, Ireland and Italy; and 5p per minute to Austria and Spain!

They do have one or two unusual features; for instance, you can temporarily add a number to CLI by dialing *77 after connection! 
Simply dial 1833 before each call or 0800 279 1833
Calls charged by the first 12 seconds and then by the minute!
They have a substantial number of global access numbers with connections in over 50 countries.
