Network Services
BT offer a number of extra services for their customers. Nearly all the
services below require you to be on a digital exchange, but most customers are
already. Some, like ring back and call return you can just use, others you have
to ring BT on 0800 309 080 and order the service!
Call Waiting
 | important calls get through when your phone is engaged
 | a gentle bleep indicates another call is coming in

 | to put your current call on hold and take the other one, press [Recall]
and then 2 when you hear the dial tone

to avoid data interruptions)

facility is available now on a pay-per-use basis.
