| Equitalk is a UK based company based in Oxford. It is competitive to many destinations but is never the cheapest. This may be because it has a system of discounts loosely based on multi-level marketing; this means that customers can get discounts by introducing people who introduce people etc. However the best discount is only 9%. Their advertising is a trifle misleading, giving the best prices by time; ie they advertise a 2p national rate but this is only available at weekends.
