One Tel are one of the cheapest resellers you can use. Their 'TotalUKCalls' plan costs £13.99 per month for unlimited '01-' or '02-' calls, night or day, with no 1hr per call time limit like BT. This represents very good value for medium to heavy domestic users (not available on business lines). They also have a weekends and evenings package at £4.99 per month, with a 2.5p rate during weekday peak.
