VarTec Telecom Europe advertise their 1363 service quite widely. They realise that much of the population still do not quite understand how indirect resellers save you money on calls. By stressing the fact that all one has to do is dial a simple prefix, they will pickup customers. They have a reasonable 2.5p per minute rate for national calls, however the 10p minimum charge and the lack of a weekday evening discount mean that they cannot get a best buy recommendation! They are a very big player in the USA, the business starting in Texas!
